Grant by John Seyngdon and Robert Forster of Cranebroke (Kent) to Stephen Wayte and Henry Courthorp of Goudeherst (Kent), John Harcharege and Stephen Carkexege of Cranebroke of 4 pieces of land containing 20 acres in the parish of Cranebroke on the denne of Corshorne; the land of the grantor, the said John Seyngden, to the east, the King's Highway to the south, and the land of Thomas Hencell and John Conyar to the west and north. Also, a further grant by John Seyngden to the aforesaid Stephen Wayle, Henry Courthorp, John Harcherege, and Stephen Corkerege of 1 piece of land called "Grett Coblee" containing 6 acres of arable land, etc., lying in the parish of Cranebroke aforesaid on the same denne; the land of the aforesaid John Conyar and the land of Walter Robert,esquire, to the north and east, and the above distant piece of land to the south and west. Given at Cranebroke on 20 April, 14 Edward IV.
